The CSI Universal Fleet Fuel Card is the premium fuel card for managing all your fleet purchasing needs. The level of controlled spending limits and restrictions can be customized on a card-by-card basis to reinforce the company's Fuel Policy that will promote Savings by preventing unauthorized use. Cards can also be managed in Real-Time by accessing your account online. Changes take place instantly to ensure your drivers stay on the road and keep you in control.

CSI Universal Fleet card purchases maintain security with Driver ID/PIN prompting at the point of sale. Pay-at-the pump terminals or inside electronic transactions will not authorize without a valid Driver ID/PIN #.

Each company driver can be assigned a unique ID for your security and reporting. You can issue the #’s to your drivers – it’s helpful if the # is easy for them to remember – or CSI can create them for you.

Each Driver ID/PIN assigned will work with any of your company issued cards.
This allows drivers to switch vehicles without switching cards so you can track and report fuel purchases to the specific vehicle as well as driver.

Driver ID/PIN #’s can be added in real-time online or by contacting customer service or your customer relations representative.

**Vehicle ID/PIN prompting is also available for companies that issue Driver based cards.

The system can be setup to prompt your drivers for odometer readings at the pump or inside the store every time they fuel. By entering the correct odometer reading, the system will track and calculate miles driven and miles per gallon on your web-based reports.
