The CSI MasterCard® Corporate Fleet Card®, one of the most recognized in the industry today, provides extensive solutions, services, and savings to Commercial, O-T-R (over-the-road), and Government/Tax exempt fleets of all sizes. Currently 5 of the 10 largest national commercial and 9 of the 10 largest national over-the-road fleets utilize this MasterCard® platform for their fuel and automotive maintenance purchasing needs.
Throughout our nearly 20 year U.S. and international history, CSI has consistently offered the most innovative fleet and corporate purchasing products while providing the highest level of customer service and support. Our company’s tradition of leadership, continued improvement and a rich history of delivering “one of a kind” corporate financial products is something that we are proud to share with the business world.
CSI Enterprises, Inc. provides a specific line of controlled financial payment products including business fleet fueling/maintenance payment cards, a payment MasterCard® and card solutions for corporate purchasing and travel & entertainment spending. Today CSI and its products operate in all fifty states as well as Canada, Mexico and Caribbean with operating subsidiaries involved in municipal tax reclamation, venture capital and real estate development activities nationwide.
Our History
Since our beginning in 1989, CSI has provided superior customer service and maintained sound business principles.
CSI Enterprises Inc. in 1996 was the first and largest U.S. organization to have a successful corporate asset management and corporate payment network throughout the U.S. - Latin America. Our people have succeeded within the boundaries of high standards, ethics and integrity. In late 1996 GE Capital Services purchased one hundred percent of all the CSI International operating companies.
CSI Management Team
Mr. Keith J. Stone
Keith has been President and CEO of CSI Enterprises, Inc. since 1989. He resigned his dual position as past President of GE Capital Fleet Services do Brazil/Latin American Operations in late 2000, residing in Sao Paulo, Brazil. GE Capital Services in late 1996 purchased CSI's South American Fleet operations CSI Fleet Services do Brasil/Latin America. LTDA. The ten years prior to the South America acquisition he was, as is today, the President and CEO of CSI Enterprises, Inc. and CSI Land Investment & Development Corporation.
His previous assignments prior to the CSI companies in 1989 included Area Vice President of GE Capital Fleet Services U.S. and District Manager of GE Capital Auto Financial Services "Dealer Systems".
Prior to these positions he was the Regional Manager for Adesco Inc., administering Nissan, Mazda and Isuzu's National Automotive Maintenance Service Contracts. He is a graduate from Eastern Michigan University.
Mr. David R. Disque
David has worked as Vice President of Operations for CSI Enterprises, Inc. since early 2001. His diverse skill set has lent well to development of key corporate payment program offerings and client service initiatives for both of CSI's business operations: CSI Enterprises, Inc, CSI Global-Fleet and CSI Land Investment and Development Corporation.
His previous assignments prior to joining the CSI companies included various site based administrative roles with the Collier County School Board. His most recent assignment was Principal of an innovative elementary school in Southwest Florida. During David's tenure as principal, his leadership style provided the catalyst for this school to be recognized as a high performing school through the State Department of Education as well as achieving recognition for innovative programming, diversity and community involvement.
Prior to these positions, he was a teacher with Collier County Public Schools. During this time he earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from N.O.V.A. University. He is a graduate from the State University of Buffalo.

Mr. Donald Crandalll
Don has been Chief Financial Officer of CSI Enterprises, Inc. since 1991. In addition to managing the company's financial affairs, Don also heads the companies Fuel Tax Recovery Department. His extensive tax background has been instrumental in the development of our tax recovery capabilities.
Positions held prior to joining the CSI companies included VP Finance with Chiat/Day Advertising, Group Controller Ross Roy Communications and Controller for Giffels & Associates.
Don earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the Western Michigan University and a Masters Degree in Taxation from Walsh College. He has been a member of the American Association of Certified Public Accountants since 1978.
